The action which is the foundation of this case was in the form of an equitable petition, seeking to enjoin the defendants from building on a tract of land in controversy, from cutting or felling the timber thereon, from cultivating the land, from interfering in any manner with the petitioner in the management and cultivation of the land, and from interference with the possession and ownership of the plaintiff.
