Certiorari to review an order of the industrial commission denying compensation.

Eelator is the widow of Edward T. Sullivan, who died on January 16, 1952, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Brainerd at the age of 44. Sullivan was hired by Hagstrom Construction Company and commenced work on December 4,1951, working intermittently as a night watchman, although his primary duties consisted of tending the salamander stoves used by employer on its construction project.
