LESLIE, Justice.
This is a suit by W. E. Connell, receiver of. H. H. Hardin, against Prank Mills, sheriff of Coleman county, Tex., to enjoin the execution of a judgment of the district court of -Bell county, Tex., in favor of H. C. Glenn, receiver of Temple Trust Company, as plaintiff, against Tom Caudle, H. H. Hardin, W. E. Connell, receiver of H. H. Hardin, and S. M. Tucker, as defendants. The petition for injunction was presented to Hon. Sam. H. Russell, judge of the Twenty-Ninth judicial district court, who granted the injunction in vacation without hearing. A motion to dissolve the…
