This is an appeal from the county court of Atoka county, wherein plaintiffs in error (hereinafter referred to as defendants) J. A. Redden and J. A. Redden, Sr., were convicted of the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, and each sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and to serve a¡ term' of 30 days’ imprisonment in the county jail.

Showing has'been made to this court that the defendant J. A. Redden, Sr., has died since the taking of .this appeal. It is therefore ordered that the cause as to him be, and the same is hereby, abated.
