{¶ 1} Plaintiff-Appellant William R. Smith, III appeals the decision of Mahoning County Common Pleas entering judgment for Defendants-Appellees Steve and Selina Summerville, individually and doing business as Faith Automotive, following a bench trial. Two issues are raised in this appeal.
