*344In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Jackson, J.), dated August 6, 2003, as denied their motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (9) for lack of personal jurisdiction.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
