This is an ERISA case.1 Plaintiffs Joseph and Gail F. sued Defendants Sinclair Services Company and Sinclair Services Company Point of Service Basic Plan after Sinclair’s Plan Administrator denied the F. Family’s claim for benefits relating to long-term residential treatment services rendered to its minor daughter, N.F., for depression. The F.
