This appeal is from a judgment of the circuit court of La Salle County denying the petition of Richard E. Blassick for a writ of habeas corpus and remanding him to the custody of the sheriff of La Salle County under a Governor’s warrant issued after a request for the petitioner’s extradition had been made by the Governor of Kentucky.
