This action is brought for an injunction restraining the defendants from constructing a public commercial garage at the southwesterly corner of the intersection of Third avenue and Lansing street in the city of Utica, N. Y., and an application is made for a temporary injunction restraining the defendants from doing or causing to be done any work toward or in performance of the erection of such public garage at said aforesaid premises.
