Timberland Pallet & Lumber Co. (Timberland) and William R. Chamberlain, Deanna Chamberlain, William T. Chamberlain, Tabitha Chamberlain, and Tiffany Chamberlain (the Chamberlains) appeal from a final order entered in the District Court1 for the Western District of Missouri in favor of Indiana Lumbermen’s Mutual Insurance Co.
