This is an original proceeding to review an award of the State Industrial Commission. The respondent, as claimant before the Commission, filed employee’s first"notice of injury and.claim for compensation bn September 20, ii)31, in which he alleges that lie received an accidental personal injury on .July 27, 1931, re-' suiting in the loss of his left eye. Notice of hearing was given by the Stale Industrial Commission to H. O. Homines and the Southwestern Bridge & Culvert Company.
