In this accelerated appeal, 1 Peter G. Milne (Milne), Peter G. Milne, P.C. (the PC), and Healy, Milne & Associates, P.C. (Healy), (collectively referred to as the Milne Defendants) challenge the trial court’s decision to certify class-action claims brought by Val and Joy Ryan.
