AMENDED FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

The above-captioned cause of action came on for trial before the Court and an advisory jury on June 19 through July 14, 2000.
Before reaching the merits of the suit, the Court must address two motions recently filed by the Plaintiffs — a second motion to recuse and a motion for reconsideration.
