B. AVANT EDENFIELD, District Judge.

Before the Court is an appeal and cross-appeal of an order of the bankruptcy judge in a proceeding pursuant to the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5), in which the bankruptcy judge determined whether certain obligations imposed on the debtor/appellee by a separation agreement/ divorce decree constituted nondis-chargeable alimony, maintenance or support, or whether the obligations were in the nature of a dischargeable division of property. Following an evidentiary hearing, the bankruptcy judge made the following findings of fact.
