In this action for damages for the conversion of a truck by defendant, Commercial Banking Corporation, the court entered judgment on the verdict for $1,432 in favor of Arlington Setzer, plaintiff. This defendant seeks a new trial.

On August 12, 1935, Jack J. Campbell entered into a lease agreement with Clark & Melia, Inc., the intent and purpose of which was the purchase of a truck, for a total consideration of $2,774, which included $352, financing charges and the cost of fire, theft and collision insurance.
