JOHNSON, Presiding Judge.

A judge, sitting without a jury, found Ryan Buchanan guilty of driving under the influence of a drug to the extent it was less safe for him to drive, driving under the influence of amphetamines, and failing to maintain a lane. He appeals from the convictions, claiming the trial court erred in not suppressing the results of chemical tests of his blood when the arresting officer improperly told him that he was required to consent to a test of his blood based on the seriousness of injuries resulting from the accident.
