This action is before the court on the motion of four members of the plaintiff class for supplemental relief pursuant to ¶ 87 of the consent decree entered on March 10, 1980.
The plaintiffs filed this action in 1974 seeking relief from alleged unlawful discriminatory practices with respect to employment, transfer, and promotion of members of minority groups in the classified service of Milwaukee County.
