Following a ten-day trial in September 2017, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiff Benjamin McClure on his breach of contract and insurance bad faith claims. The jury found that Defendants Country Life Insurance Company ("Country Life") and CC Services Incorporated ("CCS") were jointly liable for the conduct of the insurance adjusters handling Plaintiff's claim.
