Hutchison, J.:

This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries and for injuries to an automobile growing out of a collision between an automobile and a street car. The jury rendered a verdict for the plaintiff and answered a number of special questions. The court sustained the motion of the defendant street-car company for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and the plaintiff appeals.
