OPINION BY

COLVILLE, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed following Appellant’s convictions for manufacture of marijuana, possession of mariguana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Appellant presents one issue for our review: whether the Legislature intended to include growing a small number of marijuana plants for personal use within the meaning of “manufacture” of a controlled substance under 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(30). We affirm.
