The suit is to recover on two funeral benefit policies issued in favor of Leo H. Hebert, Jr., the fifteen year old son of the plaintiff, the latter being the beneficiary. One of the certificates is for funeral benefits not to exceed $100 and the other for benefits not to exceed $200. Young Hebert died on December 7, 1940. The two certificates were issued on December 1, 1939, and it is admitted that plaintiff paid all the monthly dues or premiums on the certificates on the first of each month up to and including the premiums due on October 1, 1940.
