This court granted a petition for leave to appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 306(a)(l)(ii) (87 Ill. 2d R. 306(a)(l)(ii)) from an order denying defendants’ motion to dismiss based upon the doctrine of forum non conveniens. Defendants, Dr. Peter Kearney, Dr. E John Struwe, and Dr. R. James Finnerin, appeal from said order, and the sole issue is whether the court abused its discretion in denying defendants’ motion.
