Grease Monkey International, Inc. (“Grease Monkey”) commenced this action against Robert Lieberman, individually, and its former franchisee Raleo Lubrication Services, Inc. “n/k/a Raleo Services, Inc.” (“Ral-eo”) alleging breach of contract in violation of covenant not to compete, trademark infringement in violation of Section 32 of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114, and unfair competition in violation of Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).
