Boe, Chief Judge:
In an effort to remove approximately 440 causes of action from the October and November 1970 Reserve Files, the plaintiffs filed individual complaints with respect thereto prior to the expiration of the period provided in the rules of the court for so doing. The defendant has filed in excess of 200 motions to dismiss certain of said causes of action, predicating its motions upon rules of this court, Nos. 14.6(b), 14.8 (b), 4.4 and 4.5B.
