Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County (Anthony F. Shaheen, J.), entered March 17, 2004. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ proof at trial.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
