Plaintiff Aaron C. Reed ("Reed") has brought this action for copyright infringement against defendants Glenn D. Ezelle Jr. ("Ezelle") and Ezelle Investment *1029Properties Inc. ("EIP") (collectively "defendants").1 Before the court are cross-motions for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, Reed's motion is granted and defendants' motion is denied.
