MEMORANDUM OPINION

HEYBURN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs are students and parents of students at Atherton High School, a part of the Jefferson County Public Schools. They allege that the Atherton student dress code violates rights guaranteed by the First Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Specifically, Plaintiffs say that the dress code violates their right to free speech, free exercise of religion, substantive due process, procedural due process, and equal protection. Defendants move for summary judgment on all of these claims.…
