This is an appeal from chancery. One defendant demurred to the bill, and the other made answer. This constituted the record upon which the decree was made. From the bill as qualified and supplemented by the answer, not traversed,, it appears that on the 6th day of February, 1880, Lora Bowdish,. being possessed of-a farm situate in Weybridge, of 50 acres with a dwelling house and the usual outbuildings thereon, of the value of $3,000, some live stock, tools, furniture, and personal property, sufficient to pay her debts and funeral expenses,…
