On February 11, 1959 the Law Division entered judgment for the defendants and thereafter the plaintiff appealed to the Appellate Division. We certified the matter on our own motion. See R. R. 1:10-1 (a).

Since 1951 the Allendale Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses has been conducting its meetings in a store located at 78 West Allendale Avenue, Allendale, New Jersey.
