LVGC Partners, LP and Lebanon Valley Golf Club, Inc. (collectively, Landowner) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County (trial court) sustaining the preliminary objections filed by the Jackson Township Board of Supervisors (Board) to its mandamus complaint.
