The Nicholas County Circuit Court reversed a decision by the Nicholas County Deputy Sheriffs Civil Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission”) to reinstate Mr. Hopkins as a deputy sheriff for the Nicholas County Sheriffs Department. .
