HARVEY, Justice.

The controlling issue presented by this appeal is whether or not the causes of action sued upon by Mrs. Rosa Croley, plaintiff below, appellant herein, were barred by the four-year statute of limitation. The suit was in trespass to try title, seeking the recovery of certain described tracts of land, and in the alternative asking for judgment on a series of vendor’s lien notes, with a foreclosure of the lien securing such notes.
