C. Barney Metz, circuit clerk of St. Clair County, Illinois (hereinafter respondent), appeals from the July 20, 1990, decision and order of the Illinois State Labor Relations Board (hereinafter the Board). On August 17, 1990, respondent filed with this court a petition for review of the Board’s July 20, 1990, order, pursuant to provisions of Supreme Court Rule 335 (134 Ill. 2d R. 335).
