DAVID M. LAWSON, District Judge.

Darrell Eversole, a 44-year-old resident of London, Kentucky, was sentenced to 27-54 years (327 months) in prison for engaging in the life-endangering enterprise of making methamphetamine. That sentence is at the top end of the calculated Sentencing Guidelines range of 262 to 327 months as determined by the district court.
