This is an appeal from a judgment for $15,000 recovered by plaintiff in the circuit court of Jackson county, in an action for damages for injuries sustained on the evening of August 18, 1908, when one *215of defendant’s cars collided with a wagon npon which plaintiff and twenty-six other yonng ladies were riding.
