T1 I concur in the result and rationale of today's order declining to accept original jurisdiction over Petitioner Leftwich's petition. I write separately, however, to forestall the legal confusion that may arise from the cireu-itous and extraordinary route this eriminal case has traveled from the district court and, now, back again.
