MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The Court has before it the Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim of Defendant Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”).

After reviewing the parties’ briefing and the applicable law, the Court GRANTS Delta’s Motion.

I. BACKGROUND1

This dispute arises out of Delta’s decision to stop transporting trophies of lions, leopards, elephants, rhinoceroses, and buffalo that have been legally hunted.
