In this lawsuit, Plaintiff Patricia Wiener alleges that Defendants NEC Electronics, Inc., a California Corporation (NECEL) and NEC Corporation, a Japanese corporation (NEC) infringed her U.S. Patent No. 3,771,-145 covering video random access memory (VRAM) circuits.
