This ease is presented upon an original petition for mandamus directing the respondent to proceed with the trial of a case in the district court.

On or about the 14th day of September, 1921, relators, as plaintiffs, filed their original petition in the district court of the Sixty-Eighth judicial district of Texas in the cause styled C. E. Farrell et al. v. A. C.
