In this article 78 proceeding, a discharged teacher seeks judgment directing the respondent Board of Education of the Three Village Central School District (the "board”) to advise him in writing of the charges against him, to hold a hearing on those charges, to reinstate him during the interim, and to pay his back salary from January 1, 1977 to the date of the commencement of this proceeding.
