DUNIWAY, Circuit Judge:
These are consolidated appeals arising from an action brought by the Secretary of Labor against Silvergate District Lodge No. 50, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO (Silvergate) under Title IV of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (LMRDA), 29 U. S.C. § 481 et seq. In No. 72-2657, Baf-fone and Denton appeal from an order denying their application to intervene in the action.1 In No. 72-3166, Baffone appeals from a judgment in the case.
