*126This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered against the plaintiff on the grounds that the statute of limitations had run against the plaintiff’s claim. The plaintiff filed his action in the district court of the Fourth Judicial District in and for the County of Missoula, against defendants, St. Patrick’s Hospital and Stephen L. Odgers.

The facts leading to the cause of action arise from an operation performed on plaintiff on March 28, 1955, by Dr. Stephen L. Odgers, at the defendant hospital located in Missoula, Montana. The…
