The defendant has filed a motion for a more definite statement, pursuant to Rule 12(e), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, in each of the above-entitled cases. In particular, the defendant seeks “a concise statement of the evidentiary facts” upon which the plaintiffs base their claims that the defendant has vio*86lated certain provisions of the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Acts; the defendant also asks for “a statement of the injuries and damages” alleged to be attributable to such violations, if different from the general statement of injuries…
