This is an action wherein the state of Nebraska on the relation of the Nebraska State Bar Association seeks dis*132ciplinary action against Oscar E. Nelson, a member, of the bar of this state. The matter is before us on the motion of the Attorney General for judgment on the report of the referee, Paul L. Martin, to whom the case was referred for the purpose of making findings of fact and conclusions of law applicable thereto.
