Plaintiffs David, Mary and John Doe initiated this action against Defendants Big Walnut Local School District Board of Education, Principal of the Big Walnut Middle School, Stephen House, and the Superintendent April Domine, alleging violations of their substantive due process rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and state law claims.
