—Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 11, 1999, which, upon reconsideration, adhered to its prior decision ruling that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because he failed to comply with registration requirements.

Claimant worked for an optical corporation from June 1, 1993 until April 11, 1997, and for a pharmaceutical company from July 21, 1997 through December 10, 1997.
