Me. Justice Linn,

The plaintiffs, members of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Committee on Unauthorized Practice of the Law, filed this class bill against the defendant 2 alleging that, in specified respects, defendant is engaged in the unauthorized practice of law which should be enjoined.
