ALAIMO, District Judge.
Plaintiff brought suit against both the Medical Center of Central Georgia, Inc. (“MCCG”), and University Health Services (“UHS”) under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964), alleging racial discrimination in the terms and conditions of her employment, her compensation, failure to promote, and retaliatory discharge.
