OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Mavis Wingard appeals from the judgment of the Greene County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, overruling her objections to the magistrate's decision and adopting the magistrate's decision. Mrs. Wingard contends that the trial court erred in failing to conduct an independent and de novo review of the magistrate's decision and order when it perfunctorily overruled Mrs. Wingard's twenty-one objections without analysis.
