MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER
SPATT, District Judge.
The plaintiffs in this case allege that defendant Marc Roberts, a former business associate of plaintiff Harvey Silver-man, orchestrated a complex financial fraud that has cost them more than one hundred million dollars. The plaintiffs further allege that Roberts was assisted, in varying degrees, by the named defendants, as well as several other individuals and entities that they seek to add as defendants in this case.
